General Information

First Friends Dance Studio Creative Movement/Ballet 1  Age 7-8

This class aims to explore movement related to developmental milestones with elements of ballet. Each session, dancers will learn full length routines and short sequences. This class prepares dancers for ballet 2 by delivering foundational skills and a variety of ballet basics. We will focus on flexibility, balance, mobility, choreography, and kindness all while learning to use our bodies as an expression of worship. 

Age:  7-8

Session Dates/Times:   February 16 – May 5, 2026

Day/Time:  Mondays 6:45pm – 7:45pm

Parent Meeting:  January 20 at 7pm 

Fee:  $90.00 
Additional fees for uniform items, if needed.  See below for required uniform.

Spring Session:  Costume Fee TBD – will be discussed at the parent meeting.

Refund Policy:  $5.00 fee will be retained if refund requested.  No refund will be given to any student who withdraws after the first week of classes. An exception may be granted at the discretion of the staff due to medical reasons only. Further, no refund will be given to any student removed from the class during the course of the season for disciplinary reasons.

Registrations:  Registration will be available Dec 4, 2025  online with debit/credit card or with paper registration form and check/cash.  Please be sure you receive a confirmation email after you complete the online registration.   Paper registrations will be in the church brochure racks by Dec 12.  Registration will be accepted until January 27,  or until the class fills up, whichever occurs first.  Office hours are 9am-3pm.   Class fills up very quickly.  Church offices will be closed Dec 24 – Jan 4.
