General Information

First Friends Dance Studio Adult Flag – Beginner Age 18+

Class will teach spinners how to handle a 5’5″ pole. They will learn the parts of a flag as well as how to prepare one for use. Spinners will learn basic flag movements and they will learn how to incorporate those moves into a flowing, finished routine.  The class will be using a slower song to allow for focus on proper technique and successful execution of moves.  This is a great time to worship God together, make new friends and laugh!!  We laugh a lot!! 

Co-ed Ages:  Ages:  18+

Session Dates/Times:   February 16 – May 5, 2026

Day/Time:  Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Parent Meeting:  January 20 at 7pm

Class Fee:  $90.00 

Equipment Fee:  (Returning students do not need to purchase equipment).
$30.00 (silk and a pole)

Spring Session:  Costume fee TBD (will be discussed at the parent meeting).

Refund Policy:  $5.00 fee will be retained if refund requested.  No refund will be given to any student who withdraws after the first week of classes. An exception may be granted at the discretion of the staff due to medical reasons only. Further, no refund will be given to any student removed from the class during the course of the season for disciplinary reasons.

Registrations:  Registration will be available on Dec 4  online with debit/credit card or with paper registration form and check/cash.  Please be sure you receive a confirmation email after you complete the online registration.   Paper registrations will be in the church brochure racks by Dec 10.  Registrations will be accepted until Jan 27,  or until the class fills up, whichever occurs first.  Office hours are 9am-3pm.   Class fills up very quickly.   Church offices will be closed Dec 24 – Jan 4.
