This camp is for girls in grades K-6 and runs from July 16-18, 2019, from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.

 

Cheer Camp is held in the summer months for girls in grades K-6. It is held on 3 days for one week, 3 hours each day. 

 

Please note: If registering after July 2nd camp shirts may not be available until the week following camp.

$50.00 | *Please do not include your Sports Fees in your church offering*
($5.00 fee retained if refund requested) Refund Policy: No refund will be given to any participant who withdraws on or after the first day of camp. An exception may be granted at the discretion of the staff due to medical reasons only. Further, no refund will be given to any participant removed from the class during the course of the season for disciplinary reasons.

Participants at the Youth Cheerleading Camp will receive instruction on motions and jumps along with learning sideline cheers and a 1-minute cheerleading dance routine.  Participants will be separated by age group and rotate through sessions in order to receive more individualized instruction.  No experience needed to attend the camp, it does not matter what school district participant is from.
Attire for camp:
  • Shorts (Fingertip length, no spandex or jean shorts)
  • Tennis shoes
  • T-shirt that covers shoulders and bellies (no tank tops)
  • No words/illustrations on the derriere
  • Students with long hair must pull the hair back.  Bows are welcome but not required.

 

The student will not be permitted to participate in any day dress code is violated.

Please note that when we list ‘boy’s/men’s’ or ‘girl’s/women’s’ we are referring to the birth gender of the participant. For all of our leagues, classes, unless they are designated as Coed, it is our policy that players participate within the gender designation that complies with the previous statement. We want to thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Registration is available online and will be in the brochure racks by May 31. Online registration will be accepted with payment of debit/credit card and payment with a paper form and check/cash can be turned into the church Welcome Desk, Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm. Please do not include your Sports Fees in your church offering. If paying by check, make payable to First Friends Church. If Registering after July 2 Camp Shirts may not be available until the week following camp.
