Women's Fitness Classes
For all ages and all fitness levels
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
To honor God with our bodies: "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body." 1 Cor 6:19-20
OUR GOALS ARE: To provide an atmosphere where each person involved can experience the claims of Christ in a non-threatening, non-forced way. To improve the overall physical, emotional and spiritual health of each participant. To create an excellent opportunity for fellowship and inter-personal relationship.
Class Choices:
1. 60 minute PILATES:
This women's workout features CORE conditioning with time allotted for tone and stretch. This is great overall workout for women of all ages and fitness levels and improves balance and body composition. We will be refreshed in our spirits as we enjoy these sessions that include awesome, worshipful praise music and a thorough workout! All equipment provided.
2. 60 minute Tone & Stretch Women's Workout: This women's workout features the use of free weights, dyna bands and foam rollers. This is a great overall workout for women of all ages and fitness levels. We will tone and stretch while being refreshed in our spirits as we enjoy these sessions that include awesome, worshipful praise music and a thorough toning workout! All equipment provided.
3. 40/20 Women's Workout:
This women's workout features forty minutes of cardio to strengthen the heart muscle and burn fat. This is followed by twenty minutes of tone and stretch for a great overall workout for women of all ages and fitness levels. We will be refreshed in our spirits as we enjoy these sessions that include awesome, worshipful praise music and a thorough workout! All equipment provided.

Clothing: Loose, comfortable and modest clothing; sturdy athletic shoes are recommended. Plan to bring a water bottle. Class schedule subject to change during the holidays. Child care available for Tuesday and Wednesday morning 9am classes only; Thursday morning for 9am class with prior notice to instructor.
